Creative Thinking & Innovation Programmes

Many organisations say they want more innovation but few ask what their people need in order to think differently: room to notice, permission to try something unfinished, and the confidence to let go of what no longer works.

Our programmes treat creativity as a working skill rather than an occasional spark. They are designed for leaders and teams who want to bring more calm, more connection and more original thinking into the problems they face every day, and they are built around your people and your challenges, not a generic curriculum.

Creativity for Inner Peace

Clear thinking needs a settled mind. Participants learn simple, repeatable creative practices that quiet the noise, ease the pressure to perform certainty, and make space for better judgement.

Creativity for Connection

People open up differently when they make something together. Participants practise listening, curiosity and generosity, and take home ways to build stronger trust with their teams, clients and colleagues.

Creativity for Problem Solving

Creative thinking is a method, not a mood. Participants work on a real problem from their own organisation, learning to reframe it, generate more options than the obvious ones, and test ideas quickly and cheaply.

Creativity for Innovation

New ideas rarely survive in cultures that punish half-formed thinking. Participants explore what to leave behind, how to take small creative risks, and how to turn a practice of curiosity into new products, services and ways of working.

How the Programme Works

Every programme is shaped around three principles:

  • Practitioner-led. Facilitated by Hanniz Lam, who has designed events and programmes for over twenty years and is herself a working artist.
  • Real work as the curriculum. Participants bring a genuine challenge, so the thinking is applied from day one rather than saved for after the session.
  • Practice, not performance. No artistic talent is required. The aim is to build habits of noticing, making and experimenting that continue long after the programme ends.
