LUMINOUS, NEON POP-UP EXPERIENCE AT SUBANG PARADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Event Space Terms & Rules
1. All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult. Luminous pop-up experience and play space is an unsupervised play area. We are not responsible for you or your children’s safety or injuries that may occur from unsafe play or inappropriate use of equipment.

2. Non-slip Playground Socks orYoga Sports Socks are mandatory by children and adults for entry into the play zone. BARE FEET AND SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED in the play area or party rooms at any time. If socks are forgotten, they may be purchased at the front desk for RM5.00.

3. All hands must be disinfected with the hand sanitizer before entry into playground.

4. No eating or drinking on the carpeted Pacman area. Food must remain designated dining area.

5. We are a Nut-aware environment. NO NUT products allowed on the premises. If you decide to bring in outside food, please ensure it is Nut-Free. We do not permit Tim Horton Timbits/Donuts/Muffins as they may contain traces of nuts. If nuts are brought onto the premises, you will be charged a RM75 cleaning fee.

6. Ensure that you and your child are free of illness.

7. Improper use or damage of game props or equipment will result in the prompt removal of the participant and/or damage costs apply to the participant.

8. Children are not allowed to chew gum while playing as this is a chocking hazard.

9. Please refrain from bringing glass bottles or containers and any sharp objects or materials (i.e. pearing knives). Plastic utensils are recommended.

10. Any group, small or large, is not permitted to have a Birthday party at our facility without first making a reservation.

11. It is essential that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled play time.  Be prepared to leave on time. Each ticket allows you to play for 30 minutes.

Party Payment Policies & Conditions
1. A RM150.00 non-refundable/non transferable deposit is required within 2 days of booking. If deposit is not given within the 2 days, your spot will be cancelled without notice.
**Balance to be paid on the day of party by cash, DEBIT, VISA, or MASTERCARD. Cheques are not accepted.

2. It is essential that you arrive 15 minutes  before your scheduled party time (FOR SETUP ONLY) or play time.  Parties must begin to tidy up 10 minutes before completion time to allow staff to clean up for the following party. NO additional time is allowed.

3. Any time taken beyond your scheduled booking will result in RM50 additional fees. Even though you have paid the additional late charge, it does not allow you extra time to stay on the premises. If your party is later than your scheduled time, an additional RM50 will be added to your final bill.

4. All children and adults attending the party, including siblings of invited guests, siblings of the Birthday child, the Birthday child and family are counted towards the party limits. The space can cater to a maximum of 40 pax.

5. We require at least one week’s notice for Party Extras such as catering, cake, loot bags and balloon orders. Once orders are confirmed, fees will be added to your bill and may not be cancelled.

6. All party packages including the number of guests are to be finalized one week in advance. 

7. All Character Parties, Special guests, Artists, Entertainers, must be booked through  Luminous. If you wish to bring in a specific service that we do not provide, it must be indicated at the time of booking. Pre-approval must be granted for every service that is not booked through Luminous. An additional RM50 fee will apply. Luminous reserves all rights to refuse service.

11. The person(s) booking the party are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited guests. Please ensure that all guests are respecting the rules and procedures of the playground so that the facility would be a safe place for everyone. All food and drinks should stay in the dining area at all times. All balls must stay in the Pacman area or in the designated baskets. The person(s) booking the party is responsible for balls misplaced outside of the Pacman area. An additional RM50 clean-up fee applies if balls are not kept in the ball bit during your party.

Party Terms & Conditions

If invited children are to exceed 30, please notify Luminous at time of booking for more party options.

Be aware as to how many adults are attending. We require confirmation of your party numbers 1 week prior to your party in order to book the whole space.

The person(s) booking the party are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited children. Be sure to have extra support (adults) to assist you in running your party safely and smoothly. We recommend a 1 to 8 ratio of adult to children. Parents/ Guardians are responsible for redirecting inappropriate play/ behaviours.

The person(s) booking the party must ensure that all guests are respecting the rules and procedures of the play area so that the facility would be a safe place for everyone. All food and drinks should stay in the dining area at all times. All balls must stay in the Pacman area. The person(s) booking the party is responsible for balls misplaced outside of the ball pit. An additional RM50 clean-up fee applies if balls are not kept in the ball pit during your party.

No alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted.

NO PINATA’S, Confetti balloon and string spray are allowed.

REMINDER: You are responsible for running/organizing you and/or your own child’s party.
