Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli is the Chief Executive Officer of InvestKL.

In his current role, he leads the teams to identify, facilitate, and develop solutions for MNCs to locate their high value regional hubs in Greater KL and Malaysia. The focus sectors include oil & gas, healthcare, FMCG, business and financial services. To date, the InvestKL team led by Azmi has
successfully brought in more than 120 MNCs to set up regional headquarters or
hubs within Greater KL.

He joined InvestKL in 2012 as Director of Investor Relations for Europe.

Prior to InvestKL, Azmi has over 16 years’ experience in leadership and management positions spanning commercial business, business transformation and operations with MISC Berhad, a subsidiary of Petronas. He participated in MISC’s business transformation initiatives and was part of a leadership team to reengineer, develop and commission a global ICT system throughout MISC offices globally.

Dr. Darius Ngo is heading the Business Innovation unit at the Solution CoE Centre of Yokogawa headquartered in Japan and a Senior Vice President of the Digital Enterprise Solution (DES) Business division at Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

He graduated from University of Oxford (UK) and majoring in Control and Dynamics Engineering. He joined Yokogawa since Year 1999 and worked in various positions for Advanced Technological solution of Yokogawa offices in Asia, Middle East & Africa regions. His area of expertise includes Dynamic Simulation and modeling, APC/RTO, Supply chain MES and Cyber Security Solution. He currently oversees the Digital Solution and Yokogawa’s IA2IA Transformation strategies of the group’s Industrial Automation & Control business globally.

Mr. Tozaki Toshio, Managing Director of Transcosmos (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd; previously the Vice President of business development in Transcosmos (Indonesia) and COO of an affiliate company of Transcosmos in China. Mr. Tozaki has been serving in the Transcosmos Group for the past 20 years, leading the group’s businesses in the fields of information technology, e-commerce, digital marketing, and contact center outsourcing.

TOY EIGHT is Japan’s education technology startup with the premise that all children are born with talent. Founded by Masaki Ishibashi and Shun Matsuzaka, TOY EIGHT aims to address socio-educational issues in Southeast Asia by making developmental assessment affordable and accessible whilst rapidly improving the understanding of child developmental levels in different communities and areas.

Laurent Maillefer is a graduate from the School of Management and Engineering – Vaud in Switzerland (HEIG-VD) and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served different functions in Europe, America and Asia, overseeing a diverse portfolio of products related to Power Electronics and Robotics. Laurent has been based in Malaysia for the last 14 years with roles covering the Asia-Pacific region. He is currently heading the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business for ABB in Malaysia.  His keen interest in working with young talents drives his involvement in the ABB Jürgen Dormann Foundation in Malaysia. A mentor since 2017, Laurent helps deserving students shine by exposing them to leading ABB technologies which are shaping the future of work.

Jiin Joo is the CTO and co-founder of Garuda Robotics, where he helps multiple local governments with drone inspection and surveillance, air traffic management, and emergency response, with 20-years experience in distributed systems, cloud robotics, and telecommunications, BSc in CS and Economics from CMU, MSc in CS from Stanford University.

Jean-Bernard Boura, known as “Captain JB”, has more than 30 years of experience in the Aviation Industry as an engineer, pilot or C-Level executive.

Since 2016, JB founded Pen Aviation Sdn Bhd, in the fields of Consulting, Project Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter and Management, drones design, manufacturing and operation.

Melvin Ong is the co-founder for Karuna Sarawak, an award-winning Web & Digital Agency based in Malaysia.

Melvin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University, IL. He started his first e-commerce company in Chicago, IL and sold 100,000 units of Power Banks online in one month. After he sold his successful company, he returned to Malaysia and has participated in the growth of e-commerce with Lazada, Groupon and Astro when they were start-ups.

Melvin is well versed in web technology, IoT applications, Facebook marketing and Google Ads with over 10 years of industrial experience in his own business and in serving clients across various industries from retail, real estate, hotel, universities and more. He’s also the co-founder and Vice Chairman of 25 Startups incubator which invests in Technology Startups.
